About The Position
We are seeking Assembly Technicians for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be assembling solar panels in an environment controlled, manufacturing facility. This is a Temp-to-Hire position. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check. This is a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities
- Operate and load the machine
- Achieve production daily output target
- Monitor the smooth production process, operate soldering irons
- Ensure that quality product is produced.
