The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuous improvement, and compliance and safety. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Team located in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves applying analytical skills to analyze data and processes for improvement, working effectively independently and as part of a team, and demonstrating technical proficiency with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies.
