About The Position

The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuous improvement, and compliance and safety. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Team located in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves applying analytical skills to analyze data and processes for improvement, working effectively independently and as part of a team, and demonstrating technical proficiency with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies. The company's mission is to accelerate answers to critical questions through the power of automation, developing innovations for scientists by scientists.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Bending, stooping, walking

Nice To Haves

  • Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment
