Requirements

  • A T.S.D. Aerospace Cables and Circuits Assembly OR
  • An Evidence of successful completion of an electrical fast track OR
  • A D.C.S. or A.C.S.Technical Avionics OR
  • A high school diploma AND a minimum of 3 years experience as an aircraft electrical assembler within the last 5 years
  • You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • You will be required to work in an enclosed space
  • You will be required to work at heights of up to 30 feet on a regular basis
  • Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as required by the job
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth

Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret and analyze the electrical and mechanical plans and diagrams of the assembly books
  • Manufacture electrical harnesses according to the requirements of the drawings, diagrams and work procedures
  • Routing, crimping, installing and securing wires, cables harnesses and equipment (routing)
  • Test the continuity and conductivity of the final assembly
  • Ensure quality control of manufactured sub-assemblies and electrical harnesses
  • Ensure compliance with standards and production rate
  • Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications
