We are looking for driven and reliable candidates to join our 2nd shift team and help us save lives every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Good attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to work instructions and process documentation.
  • Wind coils and perform basic assembly operations.
  • Count wire turns and inspect work for accuracy.
  • Perform basic soldering and meet workmanship standards.
  • Use microscopes and testing equipment with assistance.
  • Heat shrink tubing and complete simple varnish processes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Package and label finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
  • Learn and develop new production skills through training.
  • Cross-train in additional work areas as needed.
