About The Position

The Assembler will be part of the Production Team, responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies to ensure high-quality products. This role involves building and testing components that meet strict engineering specifications.

Requirements

• Completed and certified in classroom electrical assembly and solder training.
• Trained to IPC and J-STD-001.
• Perform proficiently for a minimum of 3 months.
• Actively participate in the PMT process.
• Perform routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established.
• Makes simple decisions but refers most to more experienced person.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform soldering and IPC/J‑STD‑001 compliant work to ensure product quality.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to verify assembly integrity.
• Document work, report non‑conformances, and support the PMT process.
