About The Position

The Assembler I position is responsible for performing routine, repetitive assembly tasks to produce products that meet established quality standards and specifications. This is an entry-level position requiring attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and consistent production output.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand both verbal and written instructions in the English language.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (working with small electronic parts).

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to written documentation.
• Test functional performance of assemblies using various meters and test equipment.
• Move material to and from work area.
• Minimal soldering of components may be required.
• Utilize small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Package product per process instructions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by primary supervisor.
