Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and flat layouts.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.
• Must wear long pants and T-shirts.
• No tank tops, drapery wear clothing with holes in tears rips.

Nice To Haves

• Basic Understanding of Building skills.
• Electrical or mechanical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and flat layouts to ensure the accurate assembly of box cabinets, Racks and related components.
• Bend fastening devices, fit and secure interlocking parts, and apply touch-up paint to finished cabinets as needed.
• Properly pack cabinets for shipment to ensure products are protected and prepared for delivery.
• Move materials using hand trucks or fork trucks and complete required documentation and related paperwork.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, demonstrate reliability and accountability, and consistently exhibit a strong work ethic.
