We’re actively hiring for multiple manufacturing roles at our Menominee facility, with a primary focus on Assemblers, along with opportunities for Warehouse Associates, Machine Operators & Machinists. Attend our on-site hiring event for immediate interview opportunities. The event will be held on Thursday, June 25th at our Caterpillar Menominee facility located at 5311 13th Street. The event will run from 9:30am - 11:30am and again from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, walk-ins are welcome! As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building and assembling high-quality components in a team-driven manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in assembly, machining, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as needed
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals
