Emerson is hiring for Assembler Positions at our Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen locations. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of measurement instrumentation products. Requirements

  • Solid work history showing a record of dependability
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Positions are contingent upon the passing of an aptitude assessment and pre-employment screening
  • Must be able to stand for 80% of the shift
  • Be able to frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Communicate in English without an interpreter

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Previous Rosemount Inc. experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling devices that are used for measurement in a wide range of industries
  • Performing a wide variety of tasks at a workstation, such as: hand soldering; brazing; making repairs; performing testing; and packaging of finished products
  • Participating in daily organization and cleanup of work area
  • Following safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision
  • Inspecting work to ensure total quality.
