Requirements
- Experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
- Electrical knowledge strongly preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record
- Background check
- Drug & alcohol screening
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Follow drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate and/or assemble completed products
- Assemble electrical components, panels, or related equipment
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components using appropriate tools
- Perform light quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Meet daily and weekly production goals set by management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
