About The Position

This role is responsible for the assembly of products, ensuring both quality and quantity of work. The position requires adherence to safety procedures, continuous improvement of product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Assembler will also be responsible for training others, complying with documented procedures, and fostering a positive working team environment. Additionally, the role involves performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tracking product data. Flexibility to cross-train and assist in other departments as needed is essential.

Requirements

Ability to lift to 60 pounds approximately 50% of the time
Must be able to operate an overhead crane and be certified
Need to follow safety guidelines
Have good housekeeping skills and work as a team
Must be able to read blueprints
Must have mechanical abilities
Must have good documentation skills

Knowledge of continuous improvement a plus
