About The Position
The Toro Company is hiring Assemblers for their 1st shift in Tomah. This role offers a starting wage of $20.53 per hour and operates Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with potential for overtime. The company provides training and emphasizes unlimited growth potential within a fast-paced, team environment. Assemblers will be responsible for safely assembling equipment to precise specifications, fitting and fastening components using various tools, preparing parts for painting, testing finished products, and packaging them for shipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, required

- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely assemble world class equipment to precise specifications
- Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using a variety of hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists.
- Hang and prep parts for powder coat painting
- Select, load and unload parts from containers
- Test, run up and prove out finished product
- Package and ship finished product
