About The Position

The Assembler builds outdoor power equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role involves assembling equipment to precise specifications, preparing parts for powder coat painting, testing finished products, and packaging and shipping products. Training is provided to support career growth in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.
• Stand, crouch, twist, and lift for the entire shift.
• Have hand-eye coordination.
• Work at a fast pace while maintaining focus and following work instructions.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Work safely and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble equipment to precise specifications.
• Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists.
• Hang and prepare parts for powder coat painting.
• Select, load, and unload parts from containers.
• Test, run up, and prove out finished products.
• Package and ship finished products.
