About The Position

Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in Tulsa, OK! The Assembler will perform all operations required for the manufacture and assembly of small motor components and motion control products and systems.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Good manual dexterity to manipulate small objects.
• Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.

Nice To Haves

• Soldering, lead wiring, and forming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to accurately build parts to customer specifications.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain production accuracy.
• Assemble and inspect parts according to customer orders and company quality requirements.
• Inspect components and assemblies using visual checks and precision inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met.
