About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling components and systems used in the production of ambulances and specialty vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ambulance, automotive, RV, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
  • Mechanical, electrical, or interior assembly experience
  • Experience in a lean or production-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts, subassemblies, and finished components per work instructions
  • Install mechanical, electrical, and interior components
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
  • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy; correct defects as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and quality personnel
