About The Position

As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature‑controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full‑body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands‑on. No experience? Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
  • Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest‑height lifting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork
  • Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts
  • Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid‑section to chest height
  • Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently
