Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, blueprints, and drawings (English)
- Solid communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and prepare high-quality commercial air handling units for shipment.
- Ensure quality in every unit produced.
- Operate machinery and equipment relevant to the specific role (e.g., Assembler, Machine Operator, Wrapper/Skidder, Welder, Coil Builder, Electrical Wirer, Panel Insulator).
- Interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment.
- Adhere to safety rules and procedures.
