About The Position

We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, interpreting blueprints, and contributing to the creation of durable, high-performance equipment. Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of basic assembly techniques and safety practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows.
• Knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
• Ability to Implement Apply blueprint instructions to real-world assembly tasks.
• Adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
• Learn and apply new skills quickly through on-the-job training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience is a plus but not required.
