About The Position

Assist Staffing is hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility in Franklin, WI. This position involves mechanical assembly of industrial electrical equipment in a production environment. Candidates should have previous assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable using hand and power tools while meeting production and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous assembly experience OR strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Basic shop math and measuring skills
Ability to follow written work instructions and assembly procedures
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive work
Ability to lift and move materials with or without reasonable accommodation
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Must be available for overtime on Fridays as business needs require
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience reading blueprints
Basic electrical wiring experience
Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience

Responsibilities

Assemble industrial electrical equipment according to work instructions and assembly prints.
Identify, position, install, and secure mechanical components.
Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
Perform basic mechanical inspections to verify quality and accuracy.
Maintain production standards while following all safety procedures.
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks.
Safely move and handle materials throughout the assembly process.
