Assembler - 2nd Shift Tracker

About The Position
The 2nd shift scheduled hours are 5pm - 3:30 am (Monday-Thursday), with occasional work on Fridays. This shift includes a $2 hour shift differential. The General Assembler will assemble and attach parts to the boat trailers. Trailer parts include but are not limited to, box and fenders, winch stands, carpeted bunks and wire harnesses.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Ability to work with a team
- Capable to stand and walk the entire shift
- Able to perform physical/manual labor
Responsibilities
- Assembles and attaches assigned parts to the trailer frame with nuts and bolt.
- Operates air impacts and wrenches.
- Performs job duties within takt time.
- Reads prints.
- Sweeps and maintains an organized workstation.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
