About The Position

This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor and involves working on the manufacturing floor. Key duties include assembling products using blueprints, Work Orders, Bill of Materials, or established standards, wiring electrical components, and accurately tracking time and materials in the existing business system. The Assembler also collaborates closely with the Shipping Coordinator to ensure timely product delivery.

• Maintains Clean and Safe work environment, according to MIOSHA standards, and as communicated by supervisor
• Works in harmony with ALL other departments

Responsibilities

• Works on manufacturing floor assembling products from blueprints, Work Orders, Bill of Materials, or established standards
• Wiring of electrical components
• Tracks and accurately enters time and materials to proper Work Orders in existing business system.
• Works closely with Shipping Coordinator to ensure on time delivery of products.
