About The Position

This is a Temp-to-Full-Time Assembler position. The role involves basic and advanced assembly tasks, maintaining inventory flow, conducting inventory counts, and accurately filling out production records. The assembler will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and the work area to ensure a safe environment and quality work. Miscellaneous duties may be assigned by the area leader or production supervisor. The position requires consistently meeting production goals and following instructions and diagrams for assembly.

Requirements

• Manufacturing knowledge
• General assembly experience
• Good eye-hand coordination is required skills for working with small parts
• Must be detail & quality oriented
• Must be able to read and understand instructions, diagrams, charts, photographs, etc.
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be flexible and team oriented

Nice To Haves

• Assembly experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced assembly.
• Maintain inventory to ensure consistent flow and avoid assembly delays.
• Conduct inventory counts at the end of each production schedule.
• Completely and accurately fill out all production records.
• Maintain wiring equipment, tools, and work area to assure a safe work environment and quality work.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the area leader/production supervisor.
• Consistently meet production goals.
• Follow instructions and diagrams to assemble components.
