About The Position

As an Assembler at Bedrock, you will construct high-quality truck beds by combining prefabricated components. The role is critical to ensuring precision, safety, and product excellence in a fast-paced production environment. Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with indoor and outdoor exposure, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a production environment.
• Ability to visually inspect products for quality.
• Ability to understand and apply workmanship standards.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and occasionally lift 50–75 lbs with assistance.
• Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for assembly tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for quality and proper usage prior to installation.
• Test components throughout the assembly process.
• Assemble truck beds using manual and power tools.
• Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
