About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components into small or light sub-assemblies and complete units. This role requires adherence to instructions and pre-established guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and performing other duties as assigned. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand tools and small power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Dependability is a must; must adhere to company attendance policy
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong quality and efficiency standards
• Ability to work both as a team or individually

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an assembly role.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
