About The Position
As the industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of abrasive blasting equipment and supplies, our Leduc manufacturing team is critical to our overall business strategy, fueling Allredi's growth across North America. Our double-digit growth and internal promotion rate mean we are constantly looking to add top performers to our team. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Previous Assembly experience is a plus along with a hunger to learn and grow with the business. Work is day-shift with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals. Comprehensive, generous benefits provided along with 3 weeks of paid-time-off annually!
Requirements
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Mechanically inclined.
- Work well with others or independently.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of and demonstrated ability in operating a wide variety of tools and measuring devices.
- MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION - THERE ARE NO BUS ROUTES CLOSE TO OUR LOCATION
Nice To Haves
- Previous Assembly experience is a plus
- One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for assembly.
- Assembly of abrasive blast equipment and parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with all company policies.
