About The Position

As an Assembler at Janos Technology site in Keene, NH you will be required to assemble and test a wide range of optical assemblies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have strong dexterity and be able to assemble small pieces
• Must read, speak and understand English written instruction and documentation
• Minimum 3 year of related work experience
• Basic computer skills required for using Janos information systems.
• Must be a US Person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, kit, clean, install, assemble, rework, test, solder and/or inspect product at various stages of assembly from raw components to final packaging.
• Work from prints, drawings, method sheets diagrams or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures, lean processes, and standard work.
• Operate optical test equipment to evaluate the performance of optical assemblies
• Collect, analyze, and report inspection / test data from production processes requiring basic mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Count, sort, label, and package assembled materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
