About The Position
FieldBridge is looking for a Mechanical Technician in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. $25.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,562.50 gross.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical maintenance or equipment repair, preferably in an oilfield or industrial setting
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation practices
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and transactional discipline in business systems
- Ability to participate in a continuous improvement culture
Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance strategy via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history including work orders, parts used, and movement logs within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset turnaround time, cost of service delivery, and maintenance productivity
- Support failure investigations and implement cost-reduction projects such as planned repair and reuse of parts
- Comply with TLM Product Line standards and the TLM Competency Management System
