About The Position

At Standard Iron, we build the backbone of the world’s hardest-working machines for companies like John Deere and Toyota. As an Assembler, you will transform complex specifications and blueprints into finished iron parts, ensuring defect-free, high-octane parts are delivered on time. You will be responsible for using a variety of hand tools, performing quality checks, identifying and reporting defects, maintaining a safe workspace, and communicating effectively with your team. The goal is to deliver "Standard Iron" perfect parts while minimizing environmental impact.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and ability to notice small imperfections.
• Willingness to learn quickly if prior assembly experience is not present.

Nice To Haves

• Prior assembly experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex specifications and blueprints into finished iron parts using technical skills.
• Build parts from the ground up using a variety of hand tools.
