About The Position

The Assembler at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations through the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical components and systems. This position is responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently according to technical specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. This role supports the production process by ensuring components and assemblies are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Products may include electrical panels, switchgear, harnesses, control boxes, and other electrical infrastructure components used in mission-critical environments. This position is well-suited for a hands-on individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Experience using hand tools, multimeters, soldering irons, and crimping tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Electronics
  • Journeyman Certification or Electrical License
  • Familiarity with UL standards, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or similar manufacturing standards
  • Experience assembling electrical infrastructure or industrial equipment

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components and products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
  • Assemble and wire electrical panels, switchgear, control boxes, harnesses, and related components
  • Route and connect wires and cables using crimpers, soldering equipment, and hand tools
  • Perform continuity and basic functional testing on assembled units
  • Inspect wiring and assemblies to ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements
  • Perform quality checks on parts and completed assemblies to verify accuracy and workmanship
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or the next production stage
  • Maintain accurate production records and material usage documentation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with 5S standards
  • Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly or production issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and attendance policies and procedures
