About The Position

You will be the Assembler for the production team. Our team is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assemble electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring high-quality products. As the Assembler you will be responsible for building and testing electronic and mechanical components according to IPC and J-STD-001 standards. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge assembly techniques and a clear path to develop advanced manufacturing skills. Requirements

  • Trained to IPC and J-Standard 001
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Nice To Haves

  • Have completed and certified in classroom electrical assembly and solder training.
  • Perform proficiently for a minimum of 3 months, actively participate in the PMT process, perform routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established.
  • Makes simple decisions but refers most to more experienced person.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies following documented procedures.
  • Perform soldering and wiring tasks in compliance with IPC and J-STD-001.
  • Participate in the PMT process and document work performed.
  • Execute routine, repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Make simple decisions and seek guidance from experienced team members when needed.
