About The Position

Be part of a team producing advanced defense products that protect our nation and allies worldwide. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and sub-assemble critical components, learning the craft through on-the-job training that builds your expertise. Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required).
  • Proficient in using hand tools and small parts assembly.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
  • Regular movement may include: Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to: 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Requires use of hands for fine motor tasks and assembly.
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.).
  • Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or otherwise legally authorized to obtain the necessary government approvals.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
