About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, Assemblers will be responsible for assembling our camera and core products. Assemblers will work in lean manufacturing work cells, performing final assembly of our IR camera products and core’s. Responsibilities include following lean manufacturing processes and reading and following work instructions. Assemblers must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new skills, as they are required to train and learn to assemble new products and work across various product lines. Requirements

Fine Motor Skills required to assemble small parts.
Ability to use small tools and possess a great attention to detail.
Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and comprehend English.
Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must understand quality requirements for assembling products.
Inspection of products may be required.
High School Diploma.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Nice To Haves

Soldering experience highly desired.
Computer skills may be required to read and enter data.
Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
