About The Position

The 1st Shift Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components to create finished products that meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure that all assemblies are completed correctly and on schedule. The assembler will collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues that arise during production. This role contributes directly to the overall success of the manufacturing operation by ensuring that products are assembled to specification and ready for the next stage of production or shipment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or blueprints.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
  • Willingness to work the 1st shift schedule consistently.
