Assembler - 1st Shift
About The Position
The Assembler works collaboratively to assemble and package product at Donaldson’s Baldwin, Wisconsin location. This is an onsite first-shift position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. The role involves assembling non-repetitive parts, which may include multiple parts per operation, packaging parts and assemblies, and ensuring compliance with prints. The assembler may operate test equipment when required and is responsible for proper documentation and labeling. The position requires compliance with safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures, as well as use of designated personal protective equipment. Other duties may be assigned to support Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to handle materials using forklifts, cranes, carts, and similar equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Quality-conscious approach to work.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
