About The Position

Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is hiring an Assembler to help produce residential and commercial water treatment systems. The role involves assembling equipment and kits accurately according to detailed instructions, safely operating a forklift, and working across different workstations to meet production schedules. The assembler is expected to identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns and follow Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Be punctual and dependable, with great attendance.
• Ability to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to continually stand and regularly walk.
• Ability to occasionally sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps; turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; and use upper extremities or reach above shoulders.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two or more years of experience in a manufacturing-type position.
• Forklift certification and one to three or more years of forklift experience.
