About The Position

Assembly team members assemble quality trailers while providing outstanding service and working safely. The role requires manufacturing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assembly assignments may include axles, wiring, decking, and trailer inspection.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities through directly job-related experience.
Good physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to safely lift 80 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and manage multiple demands on time and attention in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Use designated personal protective equipment and tools rated for the task, follow safety regulations, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
Operate power tools and assembly-line machinery effectively and respectfully.
Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
Complete quality checks, product inspections, and final inspection sheets as directed by the production supervisor.
Inspect equipment daily before shift startup to support safety and equipment effectiveness.
Assemble axles, wiring, and decks, and inspect trailers as assigned by the production supervisor.
Assist in other areas and perform other duties as needed.
