About The Position

Microwave Techniques' Systems Division, located in Nashua, NH is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-power industrial microwave systems. Our employees create and deliver state-of-the-art microwave systems, generators and circulators for Scientific, Food Processing, Semiconductor, Plasma, Industrial Heating and Industrial Drying applications. For over 40 years, we’ve supported the microwave industry by pioneering new technology and solutions for our clients across a range of demanding applications.

Microwave Techniques is searching for an Assembler in our Nashua, New Hampshire location.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experienced in using hand tools, various power tools, and able to be trained on new tools or techniques
• Capable of lifting 50 LBS
• Able to communicate effectively
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain consistent attendance according to the established schedule and have reliable transportation to and from work

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read schematics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with small components/screws
• Focus on repetitive work that can also require long periods of sitting or standing
• Work in an environment with electrical hazards, such as microwaves, high strength magnets, etc.
• General computer knowledge for work ticket scanning
• Follow instructions
