About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. This role involves assembling components of all Product Lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures, testing assembled products, and troubleshooting and resolving problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. The position requires the ability to read blueprints, identify components, use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, operate equipment, and understand dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Additionally, the Assembler will create labor records for all transactions and use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE along with respirator, impact resistant gloves and apron.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team.
  • Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without visa sponsorship.
