About The Position

The MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to company quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and assembly equipment to produce high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.

Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, and related products according to specifications.
Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Identify and report material defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
Maintain production goals and support team productivity objectives.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
