About The Position

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, contributing to the production of high-quality technology solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and detailed assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate product construction.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality defects and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Document production activities, including completed units, rejected parts, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly problems and improve processes.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and replenish parts as needed.
• Operate light machinery and equipment as required for assembly tasks.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
