As part of the talented Lowe Boats team as an Assembler, Welder or Fabricator you will assist in the assembly aluminum boats and / or sub-assemblies, partially or completely, working at bench, or in a boat, or on shop floor. Requirements

• Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness
• Requires standing, bending and twisting for a 10-hour shift

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, weld or other fasteners.
• Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and shears to produce close fit between parts.
• Operates drill presses, punch presses, air tools, riveting machines, press break, plasma cutters to assist in assembly operation.
• Installs seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc.
• Responsible for following the quality systems procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
