About The Position

Solenis is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembly Technician to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will interpret engineering drawings and assemble custom, modular process systems from the ground up. You will be responsible for mounting sub-assemblies, routing piping systems, installing valves, and performing mechanical alignments in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift components up to 50 pounds. The company is looking for someone who is willing to work a flexible schedule to support production demands, which may include short-notice changes and occasional overtime.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with PVC plumbing and stainless steel piping
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and skid assembly prints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Safe use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications or an associate degree in industrial technology, fluid power, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical experience
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to support production demands, including short-notice changes and occasional overtime
