About The Position

As an Assembler / Sequencer, you will help keep production moving by assembling, sequencing, inspecting, and preparing products according to work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and twisting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Able to work well with others and adapt to changing production needs.
Available to work 2nd Shift, including weekends when required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, production, or assembly environments.
Experience operating production or material-handling equipment.
Familiarity with work instructions, quality checks, or production processes.

Responsibilities

Assemble, sequence, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions and customer requirements.
Operate production and material-handling equipment as needed.
Perform quality checks and report equipment, production, or quality concerns promptly.
Follow all safety, quality, production, and company procedures.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Work with the team to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.
