Assembler/Sequencer - 3rd Shift

As an Assembler / Sequencer, you will help keep production moving by assembling, sequencing, inspecting, and preparing products according to work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and twisting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well with others and adapt to changing production needs.
- Available to work the 3rd shift, including weekends when required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, production, or assembly environments.
- Experience operating production or material-handling equipment.
- Familiarity with work instructions, quality checks, or production processes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, sequence, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions and customer requirements.
- Operate production and material-handling equipment as needed.
- Perform quality checks and report equipment, production, or quality concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety, quality, production, and company procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with the team to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.
