About The Position

Perform a variety of duties to repair or correct defective products in preparation for shipment. This role involves repairing defects to prepare vehicles for shipment, assembling and disassembling vehicles, performing maintenance on various vehicles, reading rework sheets for instructions, and using a computer to register default and fixed vehicles ready for shipment. The role also includes uncrating and crating vehicles, maintaining a clean work environment, filling vehicles with appropriate fluids, using various tools, adding or removing decals, adding essential components, and assisting others when needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of power, air, torque, and manual tools
• Ability to understand blueprints and assembly drawings
• Ability to work independently
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge of various vehicles
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Communication skills
• Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.

• Forklift license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist others and fill in for absentees when needed
