About The Position

This role is responsible for assembling component parts or pieces according to blueprints or schematics, verifying correct quantities, and quality checking completed items. The worker will use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce high-quality custom aluminum windows and doors. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking growth and skill development.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Be able to pass basic assessment
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, unassisted
Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach within hand and arm length, kneel, and crouch.
Full hand dexterity

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Previous production experience in assembly or experience working with hand tools

Responsibilities

Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
Gathers parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned tasks.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring components.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing department-specific personal protection equipment.
Properly and safely operates machinery and hand tools.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks to achieve production results.
