Assembler Pressure Testing - 2nd Shift

Requirements
- Knowledge of hand tools.
- Read measuring tape.
- Good hand dexterity required to fit and assemble product.
- Some judgment required.
- Perform math at a level normally acquired through completion of high school.
- Ability to maintain clean and safe work area and/or equipment as required.
- Must understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Must follow written and oral instructions.
- Vision corrected to 20/20.
Nice To Haves
- Depending on the type of Assembler, this person must be able to qualify in one (1) of the following processes: Insulation PSI Testing Tube Rolling Hydro Testing Cable Assembly Panel Assembly Water Box Installation Brazing Test Covers Shotblast Forklift Heat Gun
Responsibilities
- Fits, adjusts, installs or fastens unit or component parts to a unit.
- Solders (brazes) on the unit or its component parts.
- Shotblasts units, moves material and drives the forklift.
- Wraps units by using a heat gun.
- Prepares units for shipping.
- Cleans equipment.
- Performs housekeeping and other duties as required.
- Active participation in a Continuous Improvement Team is required.
