About The Position

Responsible for verifying and ensuring that all Quality requirements are met in manufacturing processes according to specifications, SOPs, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and applicable current documents.

  • Proficiency in reading comprehension, good writing, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably - Experience in manufacturing, minimum of (2) two years in Quality or related areas.

Responsibilities

  • Verifies materials and solvents according to BOM.
  • Organizes, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains the work area according to production standards and Sol 6S.
  • Inspects production for defects and prepares it for packaging according to SOP and SPECs.
  • Performs and participates in rework of non-conforming product.
  • Manages the packaging process according to product specification requirements.
  • Responsible for the movement of finished product to be packaged.
  • Assembles components as required.
  • Assists colleagues during meal and rest breaks.
  • Operates machinery when required (supplying materials, documentation, parameters, and tests, etc.) according to applicable Specs and SOP.
  • Organizes and classifies all discarded material for recycling.
  • Availability to be trained and perform tasks of other positions at the same level.
  • Prepares and prints labels for the product according to specification requirements.
  • Signs labels of inspected product.
  • Verifies the count of the entire production batch.
  • Participates in protocol runs, validations, and audit processes when required.
  • Disposes of material.
  • Assists during the Line Clearance process in code changes.
  • Samples and inspects the product being manufactured, according to the applicable BOM, SPEC, and SOP.
  • Documents defect results in the Infinity QS system when required.
  • Documents required information by applicable specifications and procedures through manual means (e.g., Checker Chart) and/or electronic system (POMS). This includes, but is not limited to, parameters, test results, productions, and others.
  • Upon completion of batch closure, is responsible for handing over all documentation to the Group Leader.
  • Uses electronic system (Xinco) and/or manual system to verify current documentation.
  • Uses required personal protective equipment.
  • Complies at all times with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), company rules, and EHS regulations.
  • Responsible for continuous EHS inspections to identify and correct safety hazards and environmental aspects. Follows applicable procedures, and analyzes EHS incidents (including near misses) to find causes and take corrective actions.
  • Participates in the training (On the job training) of personnel in the certification process.
  • Communicates any process deviation that impacts or could impact operational metrics (OEE, Quality, Safety, among others).
