Requirements

• 5+ years of wire bonding experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Solder training, J-STD
• Wire bonding / Ribbon Bonding experience
• Clean Room experience
• U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance
