About The Position
Join PROCEPT BioRobotics as a Production Assembler and play a crucial role in revolutionizing the treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This position involves working at the benches in a cleanroom or on the shop floor, performing assemblies for various product lines. You will be instrumental in establishing Aquablation as the top choice for BPH treatment by maximizing the potential of our cutting-edge technology. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in CER environment is desired.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Working knowledge of GMP and GDP.
- 1-2 years of applicable experience e.g. laser welding and/or adhesive bonding.
Responsibilities
- Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following standard operating procedures or company approved standardized protocols.
- Perform many assembly types functions, using hand and power tools.
- Assemble components into a completed product by following GMP and approved procedures.
- Assemble parts under microscope using small instruments and microscopic devices.
- Perform a wide range of complex tasks involving repair and testing.
- Understand assembly processes and SOP’s.
- Follow defined procedures to achieve expected Quality output.
- Recognize and communicates to Production Lead complex build difficulties and/or product faults in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Recognize and diagnoses and communicates routine problems.
- Work with R&D & Operations team to relate process improvements for changes in Work Process Instructions for Company’s products.
- Interpret assembly drawings.
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies.
